The Bell B50E is a massive, six-wheel drive articulated dump truck (ADT) engineered by Bell Equipment. Widely recognized as the industry’s first true 50-ton articulated hauler, it is purpose-built for heavy-duty earthmoving, deep-core mining, and large-scale quarry operations. It balances immense payload capacity with high off-road maneuverability and a low environmental ground footprint. The Powerplant: It is driven by a heavy-duty 15.6-liter Mercedes-Benz MTU OM473LA inline-six turbocharged engine. It produces a gross output of 577 horsepower (430 kW) and 2,028 lb-ft (2,750 Nm) of torque at a low 1,300 rpm. Hauling Capacity: The Bell B50E boasts a rated payload capacity of 100,000 lbs (45,400 kg / 50 tons) and a maximum dump capacity of 43 cubic yards
