This Duratech has been extensively upgraded and is fully turnkey. Powered by a CAT 3412 mechanical engine (850 HP, approximately 1,800 hours), a major improvement over the standard 500 HP setup. CAT oil samples available upon request.
Recent updates include:
All hydraulic hoses replaced
Upgraded hydraulic motors for belts and pulleys
Added grapple with new hydraulic lines
Reversing cooling fan upgrade
Brand new tub chains
New belly belt and discharge belt
New tires
Reinforced hardened-steel tub floor
Several boxes of replacement teeth included
The mill has been modified to accept Morbark 1300-style teeth, reducing wear-part cost to about $14 each. The machine consistently produces between 1,800 and 2,000 yards per day.
Not repainted; the photos show the true condition. Mechanically, this is one of the most updated and work-ready Duratech grinders available.
