2023 TESAB 800i - Jaw Crusher
The Tesab 800I was designed specifically for the Quarry Market to crush Primary Rock. Features NEW and improved stack deck vibrating feeders to improve material separation quality and the ability to handle dry, damp or wet material.

• The top step deck vibrating independent scalping feeder enhances material separation and allows efficient processing of dry and wet feed material.
• The 2-deck independent pre-screen scalping feeder increases productivity making the 800i a very eficient crushing machine.
• The pre-screen scalping feeder removes unwanted fines from the feed material before it enters the crushing chamber reducing wear and prolonging the life of the machine.
• Sensors start and stop the primary and scalping feeder to ensure a consistent feed rate to the crusher.
• Can be integrated with secondary crushing and screening equipment.
